Refund policy

Every piece at Butterflies & Curiosities is one of a kind and finished by hand, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Arrived damaged?

We pack every piece carefully, but glass and specimens are fragile. If your order arrives broken, email us at kuldaar@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the box. We'll send a replacement if we have one, or refund your purchase in full, including shipping.

Wrong item?

If we sent the wrong piece, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post it.
